At Atsknskgift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
